Our Services

Hameen Sports is a custom sportswear manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan. We produce made-to-order team uniforms and performance apparel across wrestling, American football, soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, and related categories, for clubs, schools, and brands worldwide.

Quotes & Orders

Quotes provided by email, WhatsApp, or our contact form are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing and specifications are confirmed once your design, quantities, and sizing are finalized. An order is considered confirmed once you approve a quote and any required deposit or payment terms agreed between us.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Because every order is manufactured to your specific design, colors, and sizing, custom orders are generally not eligible for return or exchange once production has begun, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Please review your design mockup carefully before approving production.

Production & Shipping

Our standard production turnaround is 2–3 weeks from design approval, though this can vary with order size and season. Shipping times are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed by Hameen Sports.

Design & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any logos, artwork, or designs you provide us. By submitting a design, you confirm you have the right to use it and to have it reproduced on your order. Unless you tell us otherwise, we may photograph completed orders and use those images in our portfolio, website, or marketing.

Limitation of Liability

Hameen Sports is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, beyond the value of the order itself.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Punjab, Pakistan, where Hameen Sports is based.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
