Shipping Policy

This page explains how orders are produced and shipped once you place them with Hameen Sports.

Production Turnaround Time

Turnaround time is the time from order confirmation to ship date. An order is considered confirmed once all of the following are complete:

• Final design/mockup approved
• All sizes and player numbers confirmed
• Payment or deposit received, as agreed at the time of order

If any of the above is incomplete, production cannot begin and turnaround time may be extended.

Production time may vary depending on order size, type of apparel, current production demand, and customization complexity. We will communicate any expected delays before they affect your order.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship internationally via trusted couriers (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS). The exact carrier and method depend on order size, destination, and delivery requirements.

Note: shipping transit time is separate from production turnaround time. Total delivery time = production time + shipping transit time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Shipping costs will be communicated to you before payment is finalized. We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number through whichever channel you've been in touch with us on — email, WhatsApp, or otherwise. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status directly on the carrier's website.

Shipping to the United States

We regularly ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional shipping time and costs, which will be communicated prior to order confirmation.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada and most international destinations. Please note:

• International shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing
• All duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, not Hameen Sports
• Please check your local customs regulations for detailed information on import policies before placing a large order
• Hameen Sports is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance processes

Delivery Issues

Damaged Shipments — if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, produce replacement items at no additional cost.

Lost Packages — if your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier facility first. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days and we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address — it is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of order. Hameen Sports is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If the package is returned to us, it will be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes for large orders. If your delivery address is a P.O. Box, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.
